the zip file below contains the ENglish SRT file for the Hungarian animation Nyocker (District) re-synchronized to match up with the respective AVI torrent of the film.
The original SRT was downloaded from opensubtitles and re-synced using Subtitle Workshop as recommended by doom9. It was behind by approximately 30 seconds. Now it matches up pretty well:
