Matthew Silva’s documentary “Modern Ruin” will be screened at the Queens Theater in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park on Friday, May 22nd. I’m a Kickstarter backer so no need to pay to see it when I’ll already be getting a DVD, but I’ll also be out of town that week so you should go see it in my absence 🙂

These structures are incredible and when you see them for the first time in person you will be in awe.

It’s bewildering to think they even floated a tearing it down is cheaper option.
