Seriously, who is running Google Maps these days?
Following on from the streets labels being fffffffuuuuuuuuuuuu’ing useless these days, this time around I submitted a change to the famous sewage treatment site in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, which was improperly titled:
Newtown Creek Wastewater Treatment PLan
The correction I submitted read, “Plant NOT PLan” and they actually accepted it with that full edit; thus:
Newtown Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant NOT PLan
no no No No NO!
THat’s nOT WhAt I MEant!
You can see the entry for yourself; although I’ve since submitted another edit meant to correct this new mistake.
OK enough with the italics, bolds, and edits. I’m done with Google Maps; didn’t they recently re-brand anyhow?
