I&#8217;ve mentioned Lance before, with a link to his project (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.canarymagazine.net\/artMarket_mini\/home.php\">artMarket Mini<\/a>), only now I&#8217;ll go a little more into detail, with pictures!<\/p>\n<p>As I said, Lance lives near Lorimer L in Brooklyn. There&#8217;s a lot of expensive development going up in this area, in particular the area around <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nycgovparks.org\/sub_your_park\/historical_signs\/hs_historical_sign.php?id=200\">McCarren Park<\/a>. Lots of overpriced condos for bougies being built by &#8216;working class&#8217; construction workers. Hah. It&#8217;s currently at about stomach-level; he plans to drop it down, which I agree with.
