En route back home from work, did a bike tour of areas nearby. Some new condos going up, some economies of scale, a new way to park your truck, and the light yesterday was incredible – clear blue with a slight pink or yellow tint coming from the horizon, cold in the shade but intensely warm in the sun.<\/p>\n

I also encountered this gem of a hoarding – I’m still perplexed about the whole thing, the pigs, the flying pigs, the lone tree, the underwater-ness of the blue. But it’s an amazing use of the paneled plywood, and I’d love to see more hoardings – if they have to be there – take this approach:
