Back in 2016 I posted<\/a>, “Radiooooo, Possibly the Best Website You’ve Never Heard Of.” And you still probably haven’t. But that doesn’t mean it’s too late to catch a good thing: radiooooo.com<\/a> is supreme, and the update was welcome.<\/p>\n

Select a decade, choose a geographic region corresponding to that decade (for example French Equatorial Africa existed in the 1920s but by the 1960s became multiple separate countries, each with their own ‘radio’ history), and press play to find things you might have heard on the radio then and there. It’s an audible wayback machine for unique audio tunes. And like I say the recent reboot, or “V2.0 Beta” is welcome: it’s easier to find your likes, upload your own finds, and get direct song-shareable links (awesome!).<\/p>\n
