Seriously, who is running Google Maps these days?<\/em><\/p>\n

Following on from the streets labels being fffffffuuuuuuuuuuuu’ing useless<\/a> these days, this time around I submitted a change to the famous sewage treatment site in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, which was improperly titled:<\/p>\n

Newtown Creek Wastewater Treatment PLan<\/em><\/p>\n

The correction I submitted read, “Plant NOT PLan”<\/strong> and they actually accepted it with that full edit<\/strong>; thus:<\/p>\n

Newtown Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant NOT PLan<\/em><\/p>\n

no no No No NO!<\/p>\n

THat’s nOT WhAt I MEant!<\/em><\/p>\n

You can see the entry for yourself<\/a>; although I’ve since submitted another <\/em>edit meant to correct this new mistake.<\/p>\n

OK enough with the italics<\/em>, bolds<\/strong>, and edits<\/del>. I’m done with Google Maps; didn’t they recently re-brand anyhow?<\/p>\n
