The LIC clocktower has been sold by the property owners. It’s a sad day because for around a year the Holocenter<\/a> has been housed in the first floor and vault basement of the clocktower, and they’ll now have to vacate the premises. Who knows yet what will become of the property.<\/p>\n

There’s an event on April 11th<\/a> to celebrate the Holocenter and the clocktower’s momentary cultural blip. I’ll be screening lots of images LIC’s disappearing possibilities, like the images below.
