in the big river city on the mighty Mississippi. welcome to St. Louis, MO.
last night I had dinner with my parents. The portions were big, too big even. a pile of leftovers was in order, i’ll probably attempt to finish that off tonight. After dinner I went out to visit my good mate John Pitts, his partner Octavia and John’s son. His son’s name is Latin for ‘from Athens’ – is about the coolest kid I have ever met.
while I would find it very difficult to move back to a place like St. Louis, I love my people, my friends from this place, their attitudes, perspectives, outlooks, and most importantly their humor. It’s unique and genuine, and the world is a better place because of it.
