so it turns out that my mom gets her hair done by this stylist who also does the hair of this lady who is a patient for a dentist who is the father of Tom Friedman! pretty cool, huh?
as well as being one of my more-favorite artists around, Tom Friedman is also a St. Louis native like myself, and sometimes I think I get more from his quirky playful style than others (hey, I’m allowed to embrace my origins!).
if you’re not too familiar with Tom Friedman, and by chance you happen to be in the St. Louis area within the next 10 days, might I recommend a trip to the Kemper Art Museum, the new art museum opened on the Washington University campus; in fact, all three of their inaugural exhibitions look hot hot hot!
