The LIC clocktower has been sold by the property owners. It’s a sad day because for around a year the Holocenter has been housed in the first floor and vault basement of the clocktower, and they’ll now have to vacate the premises. Who knows yet what will become of the property.

There’s an event on April 11th to celebrate the Holocenter and the clocktower’s momentary cultural blip. I’ll be screening lots of images LIC’s disappearing possibilities, like the images below.
