Okay so it’s not a bona-fide rainbow – it’s not intentionally man-made and it’s no Double Reading Rainbow, but it’s still pretty awesome. You can see the station (Queens Plaza, N/Q Manhattan-bound) is otherwise pretty grimy, but the lighting and angle (down low, knee height) are just right to spot the rainbow spectrum on the caution paneling on the wall (which it’s also unclear why that’s there, as if you need to be reminded to not jump down into the subway).
