I was in Williamsburg at the East River State Park when the sanitation pier on the west side broke out in flames. It was pretty obvious it was something BIG when helicopters started converging on the scene. The wind was blowing pretty strong thanks to Earl, which is also why my images are all askew – I couldn’t hold the camera steady or level!
