went to a STL Cardinals game last night at the new Busch Stadium. I must say the stadium is nice; I wasn’t so sure of the ‘retro’ look they were going for, but there are some choice elements to the structure. My only criticism of the layout is that the condiments trucks are sometimes in open patio areas, and at the game last night it happened to rain early on, so all the napkins became soaked, wasted, and tossed, and not replaced!
And unfortunately the Cardinals lost in terrible fashion to the… ughhhh… Florida Marlins. 9-1. terrible. I’m going to another game tomorrow night with my friends Josh Picker and Ashley Sell, so hopefully that’ll be our retribution.
