Believe it or not I’m not the biggest The Simpsons fan. I mean of course I can watch a Simpsons episode anyday, and have partaken in a marathon here and there even, but I’m not a ‘fan’ in the sense that I can name over 100 characters, weave quotes from the show into my daily life, or even remotely describe features of the town of Springfield. But I can recognize a milestone when it’s hit over my head.
So happy 400th episode and 20th anniversary to the Simpsons and everyone involved with the series, especially the fine folks over at rough draft studios (whom are responsible for my ‘that reminds me, of this one scene, in Futurama’ fandom – see here here or here).
