excuse me, can you point me in the direction of the local library?

not my choice of titles, that’s the Kansas City (as in Missouri, my home state) downtown library building. Now, is there a building out there which is simply a giant book? Extended leap: a building whose side is a giant LCD panel to display pages from the NYT or the Guardian, readable from street-level!
